This policy explains what The AI Consultants collects through the website and through correspondence, why we use it, how long we keep it, who else handles it on our behalf and which rights you have under UK GDPR.

This policy currently covers the theaiconsultantsltd.co.uk website and email contact or postal correspondence with The AI Consultants.

When The AI Consultants releases a game on Google Play, that app will receive a separate policy at its own address on theaiconsultantsltd.co.uk. Information we collect

Cloudflare keeps request logs for a short period under its own retention settings. The AI Consultants does not copy those logs into a separate database.

The AI Consultants keeps correspondence for up to 18 months after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is needed to deal with a legal claim or to meet a legal duty.

Where correspondence forms part of the company records of THE-AI-CONSULTANTS LTD, it is kept for the period UK law requires, which is normally six years.

You can ask The AI Consultants to delete your correspondence at any time. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it, and we will tell you if that is the case.
